Noosa Regional Gallery

Welcome to Noosa Regional Gallery

Noosa Regional Gallery is the premier public gallery on the Sunshine Coast. Located riverside on the picturesque Noosa River in Tewantin and just a short stroll from Noosa Marina cafes and Tewantin's main shopping precinct, Noosa Regional Gallery presents a diverse program of contemporary exhibitions featuring local, national and international artists, matched with a suite of public programs including artist talks, masterclasses and workshops for all ages.

Noosa's internationally acclaimed biennial art and environment event, Floating Land, sees sculptural installations installed across the region’s impressive natural landscape. Noosa Regional Gallery proudly brings this outdoor exhibition to community and visitors alike as a free event.

The Gallery also boasts an impressive shop featuring a curated selection of unique artisan products. From homewares, jewellery and accessories, to books, artworks and gift cards, the majority of the treasures found here are sourced and handmade by local and interstate designers and makers.

We are pleased to announce that Noosa Regional Gallery is reopening from Tuesday 9 June. In line with Government Health advice, we will be implementing public health and physical distancing measures including limiting attendance to 20 people in the Gallery at any one time, managing the flow of foot traffic, reminding visitors to keep a distance of 1.5m from others, increasing cleaning of our facilities and providing hand sanitiser stations to keep our community safe. We will also ask all visitors to provide their details in line with Government requirements for contact tracing.
Opening Hours from June 9:
Tuesday to Friday, 10am - 4pm and Saturday's 10am - 3pm.
Please note: we will not be open on a Sunday until further notice.

Unfortunately at this time our popular public programs remain on hold, however we are pleased to be able to provide free online content within this website. We look forward to greeting you at the Gallery!
