DRAW 2018 Winner

Mahli Humphreys, Year 9, Sunshine Beach State High School. A Study of 4 Cacti ,2018, pen on paper
Artist Statement:
"A Study of 4 Cacti" is part of a series of cacti studies. It was inspired by the work of Cassie Munson and her process of art-making and of interpreting everyday life, visually exploring the objects we enjoy. My work captures cacti in it's most simplest form - a line drawing rendered with pen on paper.
