    Sharpen your drawing skills with a fun approach to drawing from life. Experiment with painting, drawing and mark making techniques, and apply these to your drawings!

    Wednesday 30 june 10.30-11.30am

    Enjoy the feeling of moulding air-dry clay with your hands to create a series of stackable ramekins or bowls that can be admired individually or built into a tower!

    Geometric Treasure Hunt!

    Go on a treasure hunt looking for geometric architectural details that will inspire a painting! Meet artist Petalia Humphreys and learn how to translate architectural features to grid paper and then create your own abstract painting using acrylic paint on canvas board.

    Painted 3D Paper Sculptures

    Create a series of sketches working from a variety of vessels. Then explore drawing, mark making, printing and painting techniques to bring your work to life! Choose whether your finished artwork takes on a 2D or 3D form.

    Abstract Postcards

    Look at your world from a different point of view. Create a series of abstract postcards with artist Petalia Humphreys. Using gouache on paper, be inspired by the architectural surrounds of Noosa Regional Gallery to create colourful, eye-catching geometric paintings.
